How Do I Hire A Costume?
To hire a costume first book yourself an appointment for a trying on session. To book an appointment simply contact us 01625 430050. You will then be asked what day and time you would like to come in (Tuesday to Friday). Hire appointments start at 10:30am check our opening hours to work out a suitable time for you! Finally you will be asked for your size and theme e.g Victorian, 1920s, 1970’s, Character etc
For children’s school event/production costumes we will need measurements contact us for more info!
Costume Hire Terms & Conditions
- All costumes hired from us remain the property of Spiveys Web
- We will not charge extra for normal wear and tear on costume hire
- Costumes not returned will be charged at the full replacement cost of the costume.
- Missing items from the costume hire will be charged at the cost of the individual item or items, not at the full price of the costume.
- Length of time of hire varies according to the costume and the customers individual needs i.e we are flexible whenever possible.
Click & Collect Terms & Conditions
- Click and collect products must be collected within 3 days after this time a refund will be issued and items returned to stock, unless we are contacted by the customer.
- Click and collect products can be refunded at time of collection if the product is deemed unsuitable or does not fit. We have changing rooms available and we offer an alteration service on purchased costume(usually free).
- Once an item has left the shop we do not offer refunds or exchanges on unwanted goods. We will however still offer an alteration service for up to 1 month.
